Our Mission
BWBG is a nonprofit organization that unites communities through gaming. As a society, we've gotten lost in the hustle and bustle of daily life and have forgotten to take a moment to breathe. That's why third spaces are so important. Places away from work, school, or home life are where communities are formed and cultivated. That's why we aim to provide an inclusive space for everyone to take part in a hobby we all greatly enjoy.
Our History
Our organization began as a married couple who just wanted to play board games with their friends. Once we established regular game nights with a solid group of people, it grew from there. We kept getting more and more interest and people kept showing up! We began hosting a Blood on the Clocktower event once a month at our local bookstore. Then we were asked to partner with a local brewery to host game nights. From there, we started seeing a greater need in our communities for people to have a third space (and to be honest, our home started running out of room!), which is why Bay Window Board Games was born!
